How Senin Modo handles personal data.
Who we are
The controller is Senin Modo, company number HE 475493 (MCIT HE 475493), Pavlou Valdaseridi 2A, Floor 1, 6018, Larnaca, Cyprus. Seninmodo is the name we trade under.
Privacy questions go to go@seninmodo.com, or by post to the address above.
What we collect
If you write to us from the site, we keep your name, email address, the package you mention, and whatever you choose to tell us.
If you pay with Payporto, you can subscribe to offers at that payment step. We keep the email address you entered, the fact that you subscribed, and the messages we need in order to send or stop those offers. Paying, by itself, is not a subscription. The subscription is the choice you make there.
When you subscribe, you agree that the message may come from Seninmodo or from 100ts, may name a partner offer, and may link to that partner. 100ts is a brand of Seninmodo. You can unsubscribe in the message at any time.
Our site does not run an advertising cookie. Pages load typefaces from Google, which means your browser contacts Google to fetch those files. Server logs may briefly hold an IP address and the page requested, so we can keep the site up.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to answer you and, if we go ahead, to perform a contract. We use a subscription to send the offers you asked for. You can withdraw that consent at any time. We use bounces, complaints, and unsubscribe requests to stop mailing an address. We use basic logs to secure the site.
Where European data-protection law applies, the grounds are consent, steps toward or performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in keeping the service reliable and in not mailing people who have opted out.
Who else sees it
Amazon Web Services hosts this site and handles email delivery, in the European Union. They process data for us and on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are kept long enough to answer and, if we work together, for the life of that work and the period we need for tax and disputes. A subscription record is kept while you are subscribed and for a short period after you unsubscribe or we suppress the address, so we do not mail you again by mistake.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, deletion, a limit on how we use it, or a copy in a portable form. You can object to use based on legitimate interests, and you can withdraw consent. You can complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus, at dataprotection.gov.cy, or to a supervisory authority where you live.
Children
Our packages and offers are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
